## Soft vs hard limits

- **Soft**: warn at 80%, keep going. Credits, voice minutes.
- **Hard**: stop until upgraded. Custom MCP server cap (Pro = 3). Hard limits never apply to normal interactive use.

## What unlimited means on Alpha

Bounded by sanity, not contract. We don't have a hard cap, but if your usage looks like abuse (scripted high-rate calls, automated scraping at scale), we'll reach out.
