1. What we collect
When you use Niyra, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (via Clerk), usage metrics (token counts, model used), and billing information (processed by Stripe/Razorpay — we never store card numbers).
2. Your AI instance
Every Niyra user gets a dedicated, isolated AI instance. Your conversations, memory, and preferences are stored only within your instance. We do not access, read, or use your conversation data for training or any other purpose.
3. LLM providers
Messages you send through Niyra are routed to third-party LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) for processing. We do not store the content of these messages beyond what is needed for your conversation history within your instance. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys), your API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
4. Data retention
Your conversation history persists within your instance as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your instance and all associated data are permanently destroyed.
5. Third-party services
Niyra uses Clerk (authentication), Stripe and Razorpay (payments), Fly.io (instance hosting), and Supabase (account database). Each has its own privacy policy.
