1. Service description

Niyra ("the Service") is a managed personal AI assistant provided by Indya AI Ltd (UK). Each user receives a dedicated AI instance that can perform tasks, browse the web, manage schedules, and communicate across messaging channels.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Niyra is a personal assistant — one account per person, not for teams or shared use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Niyra to send spam, harass others, engage in illegal activities, or circumvent the usage limits of your plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

If you provide your own LLM API keys, you are responsible for the costs incurred with those providers. Niyra encrypts your keys at rest but is not liable for charges from third-party providers.

6. Limitation of liability

Niyra is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we are not liable for any damages resulting from AI actions, service interruptions, or data loss.
