Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods after cancellation.

How to request a refund

Email billing@niyra.ai with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We'll process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

BYOK usage

If you use your own LLM API keys (BYOK), Niyra is not responsible for charges incurred with third-party providers. Those charges are between you and the provider.
