Data export

Export your conversations, memories, records, and attachments from Niyra. CSV, JSON, attachments ZIP.

How to export

Settings → Account → Export Data.

We assemble:

conversations.json: all your conversations with timestamps, channels, costs.
memories.csv: every memory (type, content, created, last accessed).
records.csv: vehicles, policies, subscriptions, holdings, documents.
attachments.zip: images, PDFs, voice files referenced in conversations.

Email link arrives within 24 hours (usually within an hour). Link valid 7 days.

Format

JSON for richly-structured data (conversations). CSV for flat tables (memories, records). Both UTF-8.

What's not in the export

BYOK keys (sensitive, separate request via security@niyra.ai if needed).
Internal IDs that don't map to anything outside Niyra.
Audit logs (request separately via privacy@niyra.ai).

After export

Files are yours. Niyra doesn't track downstream use. Re-import is not supported today; the export is for portability and personal archive, not migration back.
