Standard and Pro are the same Niyra with the same features. Pro just gives you double the monthly credits (100,000 vs 50,000). Both start with a 15-day free trial (card required, $0 charged for 15 days, cancel anytime before it ends). Annual billing is 10× the monthly price, two months free ($490/yr Standard, $990/yr Pro). India (Razorpay/UPI): Standard ₹1,999/mo, Pro ₹4,999/mo.

How credits work

One credit ≈ $0.001 of underlying vendor cost. Real numbers:

ActionCredits
One Sonnet message~1
One Opus / Fable 5 message~3 (BYOK only)
One Haiku message~0.2
One minute of voice~6
One web search~1
One image generation~3
One outbound phone-call minute~12 (incl. telephony)

Cost panel shows live spend on every reply. No hidden math.

When BYOK pays off

If you're a typical user (1-2k credits/day, ~30-50k/month), credit plans are cheaper. You pay a flat $49 (Standard) or $99 (Pro); that covers product, support, and infra, and you never think about vendor bills.

If you're a power user (research-heavy, voice-heavy, integration-heavy), going past ~80k credits/month makes BYOK better. You pay vendor prices direct; the flat fee covers product.

The break-even is around 50-70k credits/month for a typical mix.

Apex / Fable 5

Apex runs on Claude Opus 4 / Fable 5. It's roughly 5-10× the cost of Sonnet per message. We don't bundle it into credits because it'd price out everyone for the few hours of Opus work you actually need.

BYOK-only. Alpha-gated. See /features/apex.

What if I burn through credits

You see warnings at 80%, 95%, 100%. Top up from Settings or upgrade. I don't silently degrade quality. If you're out, I tell you in plain English.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, including any time during your 15-day free trial, so you're never charged if Niyra isn't for you. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the current billing period; after that access ends, your data stays put, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.

Refunds

7-day full refund on first paid subscription. Unused credits refundable within 14 days. Subscription fees pro-rated for the first month. See /refunds.

FAQ

What is a credit?
A universal usage unit ≈ $0.001 of vendor cost. ~1 credit per Sonnet message, ~3 per Opus message, ~6 per voice-minute.
Will I run out?
I warn at 80%, and the cost panel shows live spend on every reply. Top up anytime; never silently fails.
When does BYOK save me money?
Above ~50-70k credits/month of LLM-heavy use, BYOK on Anthropic/OpenAI usually beats credit pricing. Below that, credits are cheaper.
